Shipping costs vary based on carrier and warehouse location. All prices will be shown at the time of checkout prior to placing your order.
Please note: Shipments to some countries are subject to strict controls by local customs authorities and as a result delays may occur for reasons outside of our control. Please note you may be contacted by our courier and/or customs clearance broker to provide certain information and authorisation for them to act on your behalf to import your order. If you do not provide authorization when contacted, you may become responsible for the import and any import duties or other fees charged. For more information on Customs and Import charges we would recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number and a link to track it.
If you created an account when you placed your order with tech21, you can view the status of your order online. Simply visit your account area, sign into your account and click on the Order History.
My order has not arrived yet?
Please check your mail for an attempted delivery card from one of our couriers as your order maybe held by a local depot or postal services. If so you may need to arrange a re-delivery convenient for you at the time.
If your order has not arrived within our standard delivery time within your region please allow 3-5 extra days or please create customer support ticket from your account section.
Please quote your name, order number and we will reply within the next 48 hours. We will do our best to try and locate your order as soon as possible.
I have just received an incorrect item in my order?
We would like to solve any issues with incorrect items straight away.
Please use the customer support ticket system located in your account section area and provide the following order number and an image of the incorrect item from your order. We will do our best to resolve your query as soon as possible.
