   • The promotion is subject to product availability and applies only to qualifying in-stock items.
   • The promotion is valid for new purchases only.
   • Offer cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or coupons unless otherwise specified. If a purchase qualifies for multiple offers that cannot be combined, only the offer providing the greater savings will apply.
   • Offer cannot be substituted, exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash or other goods and services.
   • Retailers, distributors, and employees of Tech21 and their agencies/affiliates are not eligible.
   • The qualifying discount applies to merchandise only and excludes packaging, applicable taxes, international fees and duties, and shipping and handling charges.
   • Free shipping is valid only on US orders that meet a $50.00 order threshold, unless specified.

3. Refunds and Returns
   • Refunds will be processed based on the discounted purchase price paid for each item. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
   • All orders are subject to our Returns Policy, and items may not be returnable depending on the circumstances.
   • If a qualifying item is returned, the applicable promotional discount may be recalculated or deducted from the refund amount.
4. Exclusions

   • Delivery charges are not eligible for the discount.
