    USA (UPS i-Parcel): 7-10 working days
    Canada (USPS – Standard): 2 – 5 working days
    Canada (2 Day – FedEx): 1 – 2 working days
    UK (Next Day – Hermes): 1 – 2 working days
    UK (Standard – Hermes): 2 – 3 working days
    EU (DHL): 5 – 7 working days
    Rest of World (Spring Global): 7-10 working days

    Shipping costs vary based on carrier and warehouse location. All prices will be shown at the time of checkout prior to placing your order.

    Please note: Shipments to some countries are subject to strict controls by local customs authorities and as a result delays may occur for reasons outside of our control. Please note you may be contacted by our courier and/or customs clearance broker to provide certain information and authorisation for them to act on your behalf to import your order. If you do not provide authorization when contacted, you may become responsible for the import and any import duties or other fees charged. For more information on Customs and Import charges, we would recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Once your order has been shipped, we will send a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number and a link to track it.
    If you created an account when you placed your order with tech21, you can view the status of your order online. Simply visit login to the My Account section and view your Order History.

  • MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?

    Please check the tracking status of your order to check the latest status. You should find this in your order confirmation email or in the My Account section of the website.

    If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please contact us,  quoting your name, email address and order number and we will do our best to try and locate your order as soon as possible.

  • I HAVE JUST RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER?

    Please contact us, quoting your name, email address and order number and we will do our best to resolve your query as soon as possible.

    We will provide a free returns label* for you to send the item back to us. Please ensure it is returned in the original, undamaged packaging.

    Please do not return the item before you have contacted us. We will then arrange to have the right item shipped out to you straight away.
