How do I return an item I’ve ordered online?
If you wish to make a US return, we will register a free FedEx return label for you, complete with a tracking number. Please note, your free FedEx return label expires within 7-10 days.
To obtain this label, please contact our customer services team via the contact form on our website, providing your order number, and reasons for your return.
Once we receive your returned product, a refund will be processed. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to clear.
Under the new Consumer Contracts Regulations (13 June 2014) you have the right to cancel orders for items purchased from tech21’s Online Store within the seven days of the delivery date. The seven days starts from the day after the order is received. If you wish to return/cancel the goods purchased from our Online Shop please provide the below:
- Please provide a written statement along with the order number and reason for return.
- Once a return of the order has been authorised a returns confirmation will be issued. Please include the returns confirmation when sending your order back for a refund.
- Once your returned order has been received a refund for your order will be issued as soon as possible.
Please Note: If you cancel your contract with us under the new Consumer Contracts Regulations (13 June 2014) you must return the order/item on order at your own expense. Please note shipping charges for goods to be returned and previously paid to tech21 will not be reimbursed. We would recommend sending your order or item via first class or recorded delivery, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Under the new Consumer Contracts Regulations (13 June 2014) all goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, as all goods will be inspected upon return. tech21 reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the returns policy limit, or items, which are not in the original condition in which they were received and will therefore be sent back to the customer.
Can I exchange an item on my order?
Orders cannot be exchanged. Please return your order to us within 7 days of the shipping date to obtain a refund. Please ensure the return conditions are met. A new order can be placed through tech21 (link for website) at any time.
When will I receive a refund for my order?
Refunds for orders will be credited to the original purchasers once returned and received at our warehouse. Please allow up to 7-10 working days after receipt of your return, a returns confirmation will be emailed once received to confirm when a refund will be issued.
Please retain your returns confirmation until you have received your refund.
Once the refund has been issued a refund confirmation will then be dispatched.
Please note: All card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the processing time. Please note that this may vary between card issuers.
Can I return or refund my Impact Shield?
If you wish to return the Impact shield a refund will only be issued if the packaging for the Impact shield has not been opened or damaged and is still in good condition. Please return the item within 7days of delivery to obtain a refund. Please contact us at (replacement and warranty help desk link ) to receive a returns confirmation. After the 7days returns policy an exchange will only be issued for the Impact Shield in the conditions as listed above.
Please note: Once the packaging of the Impact Shield has been opened or damaged we are unable to issue a refund for the item.
