To whom it may concern, I bought an Evo Wallet and the cover connectors have broke off and the case doesn't stay together and I was wondering what the one year warranty replacement plan was.

I purchased this phone case with my Samsung s8+ it broke within 2 months of having it. How do I get a replacement?

 Well I had a good and a bad experience with tech 21 they honored the warrantee if you go online and go to contact us submit warranty claim you have to submit a whole lot of documentation however when I change cases and I no longer had proper documentation do to receipts getting loss or faded etc. I’m now stuck with a broken case on S9 plus so give it a try hopefully they’ll take care of you because they normally take care of me they just didn’t do it this time

If this is a question about customer service or warranty issues I can only tell you I wish I would have started out with Tech21 and not wasted .... so much time and money on other cases.....Tech21 has the best warranty replacement that I have ever seen these guys make it simple  1. Follow the warranty claim exactly as posted on the site 2.Be patient and allow the team to address your concerns with the proof of issues you are having and the proof of purchase also.... 3.Do not get on social media and post bad reviews if you feel it takes to long for a response treat this like an appointment with a doctors office you can’t resolve on your own so you need expert help  4.Would you use profanity or be disrespectful to the doctor in person or via emai?..... no you would not 5.My experiences with this company have been nothing but great they stand behind the product and remember things do not last so again be respectful and patient and these guys will do right by you ............ THIS IS WHAT WORK FOR ME but everyone will be responsible for their own actions by the way thanks for always holding me down Tech21..........

My case broke. I emailed their support contact. They asked for a picture and they sent me a new one. I must say that I have been most impressed with their support. I love the case. I has not failed to protect my phone.

I bought this product at tmobile and when it broke I went to the tmobile store to ask about the one year warranty and they told me that I would have to email you guys so I just want to ask how do I get a new case since mine broke?

You have to have the original receipt and send in a copy and try to get a picture of the case. Then email it to tech 21 . I had a problem with my case and they took care it no problems. My case wasn't in stock. But when it came in they mailed it . My snap broke.

Putting credit cards next  to cell phones erase the magnetic strip. How does this case address this issue?

Never had an issue with the strip, like it weakens or anything. Lost my phone one day and it was found. The person who found it did not even noticed that I had my cards and ID in the wallet too! Great applause to the developer of that wallet! Love it! But the clasp is weak and hopefully they come up with a better unbreakable solution, as elegant as this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Two months old and it is broken Less than two months after I bought the Evo Wallet for my Samsung S8+; the plastic knobs of the leaflet which hold the binding in place have broken. The wallet wlil not stay together. It is very frustrating as I liked the Evo Wallet functionality and its protection for my new phone. It no longer fuctions as a wallet and the front is not protected.

A flip of a thin layer and you get access to your credit card. Diving license and important documents that you always want to have with you. Super satisfied. I take my phone and I know for sure I have everything I Need in my pocket.

It provides good protection of the screen with the case in closed position and excellent edge protection provided by the shock absorbing edge casing. In so doing I feel no need for a screen protector allowing me to have good smooth tactile response.

The clasp broke inside the warranty period and Tech 21 was prompt in replacing the case with a new one. I like doing business wih liable companies and Tech 21 is one.

I made an issue to have a warranty case back more than 10 days, still nothing. I'm very disappointed. 5 years ago, i rated Tech21 the best case marker. By now, the quality dropped by 100%
