How do I claim a warranty Im having trouble to do so. I hot a Evo Wallet from tmobile and it doesnt worl anymore it broke.

I can tell you this, Tech 21 will replace it, but tge new one will break too. It always will until they redesign it. Do yourself a favor, forget it and buy the wallet one from Otterbox. You will tell the quality immediately. I'm much happier with the Otterbox.

I bought this case last week on T Mobile store in Miami, FL. Is there any way to have this case replaced without paying again for it?

First take it back to the local dealer you purchased it from. If the manager is in a good mood he/she may replace it then and there as a one time good faith gesture. After that, you can go the the official Tech21 website and follower the warranty instructions there. Must take pics of the damage & a pic of the receipt as well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok product, but replacements are hard to find I bought this product in December 2017. While it does seem to protect the phone, the cover comes in two pieces that are attached by a tiny little plastic pod, which broke. While it was not super difficult asking for a replacement, their customer service said 'it is out of stock' and no estimated time or replacement is available. One of the two, this product is extremely popular, or they are really bad and not making them anymore. It is VERY expensive to buy retail. Bulky, but if closed covers the phone really well. Takes a little time to get adjusted, but s long as the phone is protected... Again, however, very unhappy with the customer service response.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Evo Wallet When I had a Samsung 6 I purchased an case and it lasted the entire time I had my phone. Unfortunately this Evo wallet did not. I have not dropped the phone and the flap keeps coming apart from just casual use. After awhile it will not stay on the case. I have even tried to put the alternate piece on so that the case can still be used. It has also malfunctioned as well. I admit that customer service has sent a replacement for each of them that has broken. But as it has been 3 months and I am on my third case, I am unhappy with this product. I am tired of notifying customer service at this point. Never again!!!!!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can Be Better: ATTN: R&D Development I got this as a warranty replacement for the one that was forced on me by TMoblile when I bought my new S8. The 'snap on lock' on that one broke. This is common since my brother and a friend had the same problem. I didn't want to use the same again because of that lock. But I thought I will give it another try since I like the wallet feature. With that said, I think it can be redesigned so that when there is a card on each 'pouch', the cover will still lay flat on the screen. Without any thing in the pouches. It closes perfectly. So maybe the edge that connects the cover to the back should be made a little wider to compensate for the thickness of the card. Only then will the 'snap on lock' be not subject to unnecessary stress and stop breaking.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy! I bought this last May, and have had to get warranty replacements three times for mine, once for my son, and once for my husband. The pins that hold the front flap to the back case break VERY easily! The warranty service is good once you get your information entered. But it does not easily accept photos of the break, which are required. So it takes some planning to actually submit the request. My husband resorted to supergluing the front flap to the back case. Very tired of asking for replacement after replacement.

Not good.. Now here's it's March and the replace is broken too.. So What Protection is this, none.. Waiting for Claim reply for a Full Refund.. Shame on this product..
