Samsung Galaxy Note8; Top Device Features

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 is finally here, and with are some amazing new features that blow its predecessors out of the water. Although the Note8 and Galaxy S8 look quite similar on paper, there are a few features that make the Note8 stand apart.

Check out the top device features of the Samsung Galaxy Note8.

  1. Dual Cameras

The single biggest change with the Note8 from the S8 is the dual cameras, which is arguably the bet new feature on the Note8. In fact, the Note8 is the first Samsung device to sport dual cameras, delivering a first for smartphone cameras in stabilization. That's right, the Samsung Galaxy Note8 has the first dual camera systems with optical stabilization in both lenses. The dual cameras of the Note8 also have a new Live Focus feature, allowing you to adjust the depth of field when previewing the shot or when you have already taken it. The Dual Capture mode lets you take two pictures simultaneously from each lens.

2. More RAM

The Galaxy Note 8 is the first Samsung device to offer 6GB of RAM in all markets. The addition of 6 GB of RAM will definitely help Galaxy Note8 live up to its billing of being a multimedia and productivity powerhouse.

3. App Pairing

App Pairing basically lets you pair two apps together and then launch them at the same time in Multiwindow with a tap of the shortcut icon, which can be placed in the Apps Edge or on the homescreen. This helps the device user seamlessly work through multiple apps thus saving time. Because the Note8 has such a large screen, this feature really comes to life with the infinity display.

4. S Pen

One of the coolest and newest features, provided by none other than the Note8 Stylus, now called the S Pen, is the ability to write hand written messages as texts. In the past, this has looked differently to non-Android users, but with Live Messages this is a non-issue. Live Message essentially is a Gif generator where you can draw or write what you like, and the app will animate what you have created, adding fun effects.

5. Revamped Infinity Display

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 rocks the Quad HD Super AMOLED Infinity Display, and it is nothing short of amazing. The 6.3-inch screen makes the user experience more immersive than ever. Samsung has packed the large display into an 18:5:9 aspect ratio.
